Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Sterile products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of defects. Refunds or replacements will be processed after quality inspection.
Products including disposable syringes, IV sets, catheters, surgical gloves, and other single-use medical supplies are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect affecting the entire batch.
